Split Checkout Pricing

By default prices in split checkout are shown with no difference then without split.

To allow for different pricing logic for split checkout there is group_price_rules option that needs to be configured with specific types.

At this point available types are (Jan 2025):

RULE_REDUCE_PRICE_WHEN_MORE_EXPENSIVE_PRODUCT_SELECTED
- user pays for the most expensive shipping option and the rest is discounted accordingly to configuration (by default to 0)
