Setup Steps
Contact Ingrid Transport to get API credentials
In Returns Back-office: Settings → Integrations → Ecom Integration → Add New
Select Ingrid TOS (Ingrid Transport) from dropdown
Enter configuration:
API environment: Select environment (production/staging)
Site ID: Your Ingrid Transport site identifier
Private key: API authentication key
Optional: Enable “Create returns from warehouse notifications”
Click SAVE
