In Centra admin, generate API credentials
In Returns Back-office: Settings → Integrations → E-com Integration → Add New
Select Centra from dropdown
Enter Centra API credentials:

Transfer API URL

Product display name field configuration

Configure exchange settings:

Exchange courier task
Exchange product price: How to price exchange items
Exchange voucher discount?: Enable if using vouchers

Configure gift card settings:

Gift card voucher type to receive
Gift card maximum qty to receive

Set product attributes:

Export property hidden: Select property to export
Hide property hidden: Configure hidden properties
Product attributes on tags: Map product tags

Configure order attributes:

Identifier for payout used added on tags in the order: Set order tags

Optional: Enable “Stop creating exchange shipment” and “Send refund email”
Optional: Enable “Create returns from warehouse notifications”
Click SAVE

Skip creating exchange shipment	Checkbox option. When enabled, Ingrid will not create a shipment for the exchange flow (useful if exchanges are handled without shipment creation in Centra).	No
Send refund email	Checkbox option. When enabled, refund confirmation emails are sent (likely via Centra’s system) when refunds are triggered.	No
Non-refund return creation	Defines what Ingrid should do in Centra when the return does not result in a refund: Create return and complete – Creates the return and marks it completed Create return do not complete – Creates the return but leaves it open/incomplete Do not create return – No return object is created in Centra	No
Image order	Controls which product image should be used when multiple images exist: First – Uses the first image in Centra’s image list Last – Uses the last image in Centra’s image list	No
Product attributes	Section that controls how product and variant attributes are parsed, displayed, and used inside Ingrid.
Variant property hidden	Checkbox option. When enabled, the product variant property will not be shown to the end customer in the return flow.	No
Size property hidden	Checkbox option. When enabled, size information will be hidden from the return flow UI.	No
Custom attributes	Dropdown/multi-select field used to define which Centra product attributes should be used to group variants together (e.g., grouping by color, material, etc.).	No
Ignore attribute values	Dropdown/multi-select field used to filter out attributes that match certain values. Helpful for removing irrelevant attributes like “N/A”, “Default”, “One size”, etc.	No
Add variant attributes as tags	Dropdown/multi-select field that defines which variant attributes should be converted into tags inside Ingrid. These tags can later be used for return policy logic.	No
Order attributes section	Section that lets you define which Centra order attributes should be extracted and stored as Ingrid order tags.
CREATE NEW (Order attributes)	Button to add a new order attribute mapping.	No
Order attribute mapping fields
Name	The tag name that will be created inside Ingrid (human-readable label).	No
Key	The Centra order attribute key that Ingrid will read from the order and map into a tag.	No
Create returns from warehouse notifications	Checkbox option. When enabled, Ingrid will automatically create returns based on warehouse notifications from Centra / connected warehouse flows.	No
