Warehouse Integration connects your Warehouse Management System (WMS) directly to Ingrid Returns. When your warehouse receives and approves a returned item, your WMS notifies Ingrid Returns automatically — updating the return status and triggering the refund without any manual steps.

Step 1: In Ingrid Returns Back-office, go to Settings → Warehouse Integrations.

Step 2: Select your WMS from the list.

Step 3: Enter the required credentials for your WMS (see below).

Step 4: Click Test Integration to verify the connection.

Step 5: Click Save Settings to activate.
