Ongoing configuration guide

Admin access to Ingrid Returns Back-office and API credentials from your WMS provider are needed to set up the Ongoing integration.

What you need

  • Admin access to Ingrid Returns Back-office

  • API credentials from your WMS provider (details below per system)

Setup steps

Step 1: In Ingrid Returns Back-office, go to Settings → Warehouse Integrations.

Step 2: Select your WMS from the list.

Step 3: Enter the required credentials for your WMS (see below).

Step 4: Click Test Integration to verify the connection.

Step 5: Click Save Settings to activate.

Available in your Ongoing account — use the Ongoing Rest API link in the form

Goods Owner ID

Available in your Ongoing account settings
